Day 3

Yesterday, I skipped working out as it was my day off, and got drunk after work. I stopped by 711 and ate 2 taquitos on my way home. I missed dinner with my boyfriend because of it.

Today I got back in the swing of things and did a great full body. The only thing that was lacking was core because I planned on doing core on my off days.

I feel good about my workout. I came home and cooked a meal for tomorrow. Easy - ground turkey with mushrooms, onions, and spices, with a bag of cauliflower rice.

I had a post workout shake.

And now I’m finishing up the bag of popcorn chicken - which is not on the plan, but hey. Like I said, we’re still pre day 1.
